Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of M2Y Tours and Travels, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

  • Bookings must be made by individuals 18 years or older
  • Accurate information must be provided at the time of booking
  • Confirmation will be sent via email within 24-48 hours
  • Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service:

  • Tour Packages: 50% advance payment required at booking, balance due 15 days before departure
  • Flight Tickets: Full payment required at the time of booking
  • Hotel Bookings: Payment terms as per hotel policy
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • 30+ days before departure: 25% of total cost
  • 15-29 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • 7-14 days before departure: 75% of total cost
  • Less than 7 days: 100% of total cost (no refund)

5. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents including:

  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from date of travel)
  • Necessary visas for destination countries
  • Travel insurance (highly recommended)
  • Health certificates or vaccination records if required

6. Liability

M2Y Tours and Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines, hotels, or other service providers
  • Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings
  • Personal injury or illness during travel
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.)

7. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

8. Complaints and Disputes

Any complaints should be reported immediately during travel or within 7 days of return. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
